Join our patient-focused dental practice as a key team member! Patient Coordination: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage the appointment book, and ensure the daily schedule flows efficiently.
Check-In/Check-Out: Greet patients warmly, process new patient paperwork, verify insurance eligibility, and collect co-pays/payments.
Communication: Answer and manage incoming calls, respond to emails, and relay messages accurately between patients and clinical staff.
Administrative Support: Maintain patient records with strict adherence to privacy regulations (HIPAA), manage office supplies, and keep the reception area tidy.

Highly Organized: Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process administrative tasks.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer scheduling systems (experience with dental software is a plus, but not required).
Qualifications
No dental experience? No problem. While industry experience is highly preferred, we care most about your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or general customer service and love working with people, we will train you on the clinical and dental software side of things!
If you have prior experience in the dental field or hold any industry-related certifications, please explicitly notate this in your application or cover letter. We review all submissions, but applications highlighting dental backgrounds or certifications will be prioritized for interviews.
