At Optimum Dental, we are committed to creating a positive experience for our patients, employees, and dentists alike. Our practice offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our small, single-doctor general dentistry office, currently seeking to fill a full-time position due to our existing hygienist’s maternity leave.
As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care. You will provide one-on-one hygiene services, spending quality time with each patient—typically one hour for recall appointments and 1.5 hours for scaling and root planing across two quadrants. We prioritize patient-centered care and value the time you will take to ensure a thorough, comfortable, and informative experience for every individual who walks through our doors.
We understand the importance of providing a safe working environment, and as such, we supply all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Our office features three dental operatories and one hygiene operatory, where you will utilize Curve dental software to ensure efficient practice management.
We believe in fostering a culture of growth and innovation, with open communication and strong collaboration at the heart of our operations. Our schedule is designed to promote work-life balance, with hours from 7:40 AM to 4:30 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and a half-day on Fridays concluding at 2:00 PM. With an hourly rate of $52.00, we prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our staff.
