Team Hygiene, assemble!

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated dental hygiene professional to join a community focused, general practice 3-4 days a week. This role is ideal for someone who values high-quality patient care in a small town setting, strong team collaboration, and the ability to contribute to a positive clinical experience for every patient. We are currently open Tuesday through Friday and can be flexible with hours, allowing you to help create a schedule that fits your ideal work-life balance.

In this position, you will provide preventive oral health care, patient education, and clinical hygiene services in a supportive environment. For single-column scheduling, appointments are typically 60 minutes. Assisted hygiene is available for experienced candidates who prefer working with each patient in a more efficient, team-based format. This flexibility allows us to tailor the day to your strengths while maintaining excellent care standards.

The ideal candidate holds a dental hygiene license in MI and brings a genuine desire to do the right thing for patients. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, works well with others, and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and informed. Great teamwork is essential, as our office values a collaborative approach to both patient care and daily operations.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $42 to $50, depending on speed and if you are working assisted hygiene format. Additional benefits include a health and wellness allowance, an IRA with a 3% employer match, uniforms, and a bonus opportunity. On-site parking is available for convenience. We also offer an option for a lunch break or the ability to work straight through the day, depending on your preference and the day’s schedule.
