Treatment Coordinator
LOCATION
Rockaway, NJWe are a growing general dental practice seeking a reliable, friendly front office team member to join our supportive and positive culture. Our office is currently undergoing a full renovation and will feature a beautiful, modern environment equipped with the newest technology, including CBCT, intraoral scanners, 3D printing, AI diagnostic tools, and cloud-based software. Most importantly, we value a fun, rewarding, and drama-free workplace where professional growth is encouraged.
This full-time role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of dental office experience. The right candidate will be confident with scheduling and treatment presentation, and comfortable using or learn Carestack to help keep daily operations organized and efficient. Strong communication skills, a polished demeanor, and a patient-focused attitude are essential.
We are looking for someone dependable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced general dentistry setting. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a practice that is expanding and investing in both technology and people.
Compensation is $23–$28 per hour, plus performance bonus. Benefits include PTO, paid sick days, 401(k), dental benefits, uniform allowance, and a professional growth allowance. Retail parking is available.
