Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator with Lake Olympia Dental

Fridays 830am-7pm
Saturdays 730am-5pm

Salary Range:
$11-$21/hour (depending on experience)

Lake Olympia Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Reception Team Member who is excited to grow into a Treatment Coordinator role. If you enjoy helping patients, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, we would love to meet you!

Position Overview

This position will begin with reception and patient coordination responsibilities, with the opportunity to train and grow into treatment planning and financial coordination as you become familiar with our systems and patients.

Responsibilities
• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist patients with paperwork
• Maintain an organized schedule for doctors and hygienists
• Provide excellent service to patients
• Assist with presenting treatment plans and financial options (training provided)
• Help patients understand their insurance benefits and recommended treatment

Ideal Candidate
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable discussing finances and treatment with patients
• Dental office experience preferred but not required
• Experience with dental software is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within the practice
