🦷 We’re Hiring: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Dallas & Frisco

We’re looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing private dental practices in Dallas and Frisco, TX.

We are looking for someone who can work at least 3 days per week and is comfortable working between both locations.

Our practice is built around quality of care and an exceptional patient experience. We believe great hygiene is much more than taking X-rays and performing cleanings.

We want an RDH who enjoys:

• Building genuine relationships with patients
• Educating patients about their oral health and helping them understand the “why” behind treatment
• Creating a comfortable, personalized experience at every visit
• Identifying periodontal and restorative concerns and communicating them clearly
• Working closely with the doctor and team to provide comprehensive care
• Taking pride in clinical quality rather than rushing through appointments
• Growing professionally and being part of a strong, supportive team

We are a privately owned practice—not corporate dentistry—and we want to build a long-term team of people who genuinely care about their patients and each other.
