We are seeking a New Patient Coordinator who will be the "Director of First Impressions," welcoming each new patient with warmth and professionalism. You will work collaboratively with our Treatment Coordinator to ensure that every patient feels valued and cared for from the moment they step through our doors.
This full-time position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing a remarkable patient experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help patients feel at ease. Comfort with technology is essential, and while previous experience in a dental front office is appreciated, we are happy to train the right candidate.
