Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing Community Outreach Coordinator to help us grow our presence in the community and increase new patient visits—especially for infants, toddlers, and young children.

This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting people, enjoys working with kids, and is passionate about building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with:
Daycares and preschools
Pediatricians and family physicians
Mom groups and community organizations
Plan and attend community events, health fairs, and school visits
Coordinate in-office events (e.g., “Baby’s First Dental Visit”)
Educate parents on early dental care and the importance of first visits by age 1
Distribute marketing materials and track outreach efforts
Help manage social media content related to community events
Track new patient sources and report results weekly

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with parents/children
Organized and self-motivated
Previous experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare is a plus
