Treatment Coordinator for Upland
LOCATION
Riverside, CAWe are seeking a full-time front office team member for a busy, patient-centered dental practice. Our team provides care across general dentistry, pedodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, and multi-specialty services in both single-doctor and multi-doctor settings. We also work with PPO patients and focus on creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every person who walks through the door.
The ideal candidate has a high school education, a friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, answering phones, helping with insurance and payment questions, and supporting smooth daily office operations. Attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent customer service are essential.
At our practice, patient care comes first, and we treat patients like family.
