Pediatric Dental Assistant (RDA)
Join our pediatric dental team in a growing practice dedicated to providing care for children from newborns to 18 years of age!
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual with at least one year of dental assisting experience and an active RDA license. Your ability to demonstrate patience and empathy when working with children is essential for this role. In our practice, you will assist with various clinical tasks, manage patient flow, and help maintain our high standards of hygiene and safety.
We provide comprehensive personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to ensure staff safety. Enjoy competitive compensation ranging from $18 to $22 per hour based on your experience, along with benefits such as 1-2 weeks of PTO, a 4% 401K match, paid holidays, and extra time paid time off during team bonding event days.
