Are you a passionate dental hygienist looking to make a meaningful impact in a friendly and family-oriented practice? We are a new dental office equipped with state-of-the-art technology and are excited to expand our hygiene team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to be part of our dedicated team, where patient care is our top priority.

Our practice encompasses a variety of specialties, including General Dentistry, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Multi-Doctor care, PPO, Corporate, and Endodontics. With two doctors, two hygienists, and three dental assistants, our collaborative environment fosters teamwork and excellence in patient care.

As a dental hygienist in our office, you will provide individualized attention to each patient, typically seeing one patient at a time for 60 to 120 minutes depending on their needs. We pride ourselves on offering a thorough and comfortable experience, which is enhanced by our friendly staff and modern facilities. We are also committed to the health and safety of our team and patients by providing essential personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, and various types of masks, all in a clean environment maintained with daily laundered lab coats.

We value a work-life balance, which is why we include a daily one-hour lunch break. Our practice is currently experiencing growth and welcomes new graduates eager to learn and grow. While Spanish-speaking skills are preferred, we encourage all motivated and patient care-driven individuals to apply.

Compensation ranges from $60 to $67 per hour, commensurate with experience, along with benefits such as insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, and bonus incentives.
