What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of preventive dental hygiene and patient education.

Duties include:
● Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth and beneath the gum line, and polish teeth using hand, power, and ultrasonic instruments.
● Apply fluoride treatments to protect teeth.
● Take and develop digital X‑rays and document findings in our Dentrix/Dexis system.
● Assess patients’ oral health; report conditions like gingivitis and periodontal disease to the dentist; and document care and treatment plans.
● Educate patients on oral hygiene, including proper brushing and flossing techniques and the impact of diet on oral health.
● Assist with intraoral scanning, laser therapy, and air‑polishing devices when needed.
● Maintain a safe, sterilized environment by sharpening and sterilizing instruments and following infection‑control protocols.

The ideal candidate will be:
● Licensed: Active Colorado RDH license and local anesthesia permit required.
● At least 3 years of clinical hygiene experience; proficiency with digital charting, intraoral scanning, laser therapy, or air polishing is a plus.
● Able to accurately code and diagnose conditions and explain them to patients.
● Welcoming, friendly, and committed to delivering a white‑glove experience. You should enjoy educating patients and making them feel cared for.
● Team‑oriented: Willing to help colleagues and contribute to a low‑drama, supportive
culture where everyone feels like family.
● Tech‑savvy: Comfortable using iTero, digital X‑ray systems, Pearl AI, and other modern
dental software.
