Part time RDH

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate dental professional to join our small family practice, a well-established office that has proudly served the community for decades. Our practice focuses on general dentistry and is known for creating a warm, upbeat environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in dental hygiene and be confident providing excellent preventive care while educating patients on oral health. You should be comfortable working one patient at a time and spending approximately 45 minutes with each patient to provide thorough, individualized care. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Responsibilities include performing standard hygiene procedures, documenting patient findings accurately, reviewing oral hygiene instructions, and supporting the overall flow of the office. A professional, patient-centered approach is essential, along with a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient operatory environment.

This is a full-time position with a schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance. Lunch breaks are typically 45 minutes to 1 hour, and parking is available in front of or behind the office for your convenience.

Compensation for this role is $53–$55 per hour, depending on experience. While part-time roles receive only New Jersey sick time, this full-time opportunity offers the chance to join a stable, long-standing practice with a supportive and enjoyable workplace culture.
