Energetic Dental Assistant Needed for Private Practice (M-Th)
LOCATION
Medfield, MAWe are seeking a dependable and professional dental assistant to join a busy, patient-focused dental office serving both general and private practice needs. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive team environment and is committed to providing excellent care to patients of all ages.
The position is available due to the retirement of our current dental assistant, creating a great opportunity for a qualified candidate to step into an established role. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in dental assisting and a high school education. An active XRAY license is required.
Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking X-rays, supporting patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude are essential.
This full-time role includes a 1-hour lunch break and offers health insurance and PTO. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
