Experienced Dental Assistant

Join a growing dental practice specializing in general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. Established for 16 years, our PPO and fee-for-service office is built on a strong commitment to exceptional patient care, customer service, and teamwork. We are looking for a dependable dental assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a strong background in all aspects of dentistry. Attention to detail is essential.

The ideal candidate will bring integrity, trust, communication, efficiency, and a positive attitude to work every day. A passion for dentistry and a desire to do meaningful work are highly appreciated.

Responsibilities include assisting chairside, supporting clinical procedures, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining sterilization and infection control standards, and helping the office run smoothly. We provide training, especially in customer service, along with ongoing clinical development.

This full-time role offers competitive pay of $24–$30 per hour based on your experience and skill level, PTO, a great work environment, and benefits. Parking is available in the office lot. PPE provided includes disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. A one-hour lunch break is provided daily. High school education is sufficient for consideration.
