Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly attitude
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
• Manage patient records, insurance verification, and billing
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding treatment plans and financial options
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other front desk duties
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a dental or medical front office role preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Proficiency in dental/medical office software (experience with [specific software] is a plus)
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing is a bonus
