We are a reputable small general dental practice established in 1998, dedicated to fostering long-term relationships with our patients. Many of our clients have been with us for over 20 years, and we take pride in the hometown atmosphere that allows us to truly connect with those we serve. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in a full-time role.
In our practice, we operate on a unique schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance. Our hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15 AM to 3:00 PM, Wednesday from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:15 AM to 2:00 PM. We focus on a variety of procedures, including routine recalls, crowns, and composite restorations while ensuring our team members have the flexibility needed to attend to other life commitments.
As a Dental Hygienist, your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, providing patient education, performing prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and executing oral cancer screenings. You will utilize our practice management software, including DentiMax, SoftDent, and Carestream, ensuring accurate data entry and dental charting. We are looking for candidates with experience in calculus removal and periodontal screening, but we welcome new graduates eager to learn and grow in their careers.
Our practice prioritizes safety and provides comprehensive personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, and a selection of masks. You will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, dedicating 60 to 75 minutes to each individual, which fosters a relaxed environment conducive to effective care.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $40-$45 per hour, based on experience.
