Our Howell location offers a full scope of services—including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery—in a professional, compassionate, and well-equipped environment.
We are seeking a Clinical Lead Dentist to join our thriving team. This position combines advanced clinical care with leadership responsibilities, making it an ideal opportunity for a dentist who wants to provide exceptional patient care while guiding and mentoring other clinicians.
Office Hours
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership: Guide and support a team of dental professionals, promoting collaboration and operational efficiency.
Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and create tailored treatment plans.
Procedures: Perform a wide range of general, restorative, and surgical dental treatments to a high clinical standard.
Mentorship: Provide coaching and mentorship to associate dentists, fostering skill development and professional growth.
Collaboration: Partner with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Compliance: Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active New Jersey dental license, CDS, and DEA certifications
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a dental practice setting
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
