We are a growing periodontal practice seeking a skilled dental hygienist to join our team in a full-time role. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, high-tech, and efficient environment alongside an experienced office staff and a single-doctor practice that is welcoming a new provider within the next 30 days. Our hygiene department is an important part of patient care, and we are looking for someone who is confident, patient-focused, and comfortable in a collaborative specialty setting.

This position supports a practice focused on periodontics, with a strong mix of PPO and private patients. The ideal candidate will bring a professional, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional clinical care. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend 50–60 minutes with each patient, allowing you to provide thorough, high-quality treatment and education.

Responsibilities include performing hygiene procedures, taking digital x-rays, assisting with periodontal maintenance, and supporting comprehensive patient care. Experience with Sirona, SoftDent, Carestream, Schick, digital x-rays, implants, and lasers is highly valued. Candidates must also be able to administer local anesthesia. A college-level education and current clinical knowledge are expected for success in this role.

We provide a safe and well-equipped work environment with disposable gowns, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. The office also offers on-site parking for your convenience. We value work-life balance and follow a consistent schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break each day.

This full-time position includes Health Insurance benefits and PTO. Compensation is based on experience, with room for growth in a thriving practice that continues to expand.
