Signature Smiles Woodlands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing, privately owned practice. We are a well-established, multi-doctor office providing comprehensive care in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontics.

We welcome applicants at all experience levels — from new graduates to seasoned hygienists — who are looking for a supportive, team-oriented environment with long-term stability.

Position Overview

As a hygienist in our practice, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional preventive care while building lasting relationships with patients and families. We value thorough, high-quality hygiene care and excellent communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas RDH license
• Strong clinical and periodontal assessment skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Commitment to high standards of care

Experience with pediatric patients is a plus, but not required.
