Job Opportunity: Front Office Coordinator in a Boutique Dental Practice (Part-Time)

Join our exceptional team at our boutique cosmetic general dental practice located in the heart of Tarzana, California. We are seeking a motivated Front Office Coordinator who is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring an efficient office environment.

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and treatment plan presentation. With a focus on excellent customer service, you will be responsible for patient communication/follow-ups, and patient recall, while delivering a warm and welcoming experience to our diverse clientele, from children to the elderly.

This part-time position offers a scheduled 1-hour lunch break. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, with specific patient appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, including late hours on Thursdays.

If you have at least one year of experience in a dental front office, coupled with proficiency in Dentrix and Microsoft Office, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity to grow with us.

We are a boutique cosmetic general dental practice consisting of three operatories in the heart of Tarzana, California. We have an exceptional staff that provide excellent customer service and comprehensive dental treatment including, onlays, inlays, crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, fillings, veneers, Invisalign, root canals, extractions and more. We do not double or triple book our patients to allow for focused care and attention for each person. We see children to elderly but love to do cosmetics, Invisalign, and implants the most. We have free parking with a huge parking lot behind our building and are located on the first floor of a medical building. We are open Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm, but see patients specifically on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with Thursdays being a late day open from 10am to 7pm.
