Our team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant ready to step into a leadership role. You'll be the steady hand that keeps our clinical days running smoothly, mentors newer assistants, and helps set the tone for how we treat every patient who walks through our doors. Competency in Open Dental and modern digital charting is preferred.
In this role, you'll champion the patient experience from check-in to check-out, including requesting patient reviews to keep our standard of care visible to the community. You'll lead QA and re-training for our Dental Assistant team, and maintain our existing supply system so the clinical team never has to slow down for logistics. We're looking for someone who can anticipate needs, keep a room moving efficiently, and lead by example.
This is a part-time position, 2-3 days/week (24-36 hrs), covering our Friday through Sunday weekend block, 7:45am-8pm. Along with a starting hourly range of $28/per hr based on experience, we offer daily bonus opportunities and bonus contests, so your take-home reflects the leadership you bring to the team.
