We are seeking an experienced front office professional to join our dynamic dental practice. With over 40 years of dedicated service to the high desert community, we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive dental care with a strong focus on periodontal health and cosmetic treatments.
Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a dental front office setting, with proficiency in Dentrix and DEXIS software systems. You will be responsible for managing insurance billing and follow-up, developing and presenting treatment plans, and creating professional narratives to expedite insurance payments. Collecting patient payments at the time of service and fostering a harmonious work environment with colleagues are essential responsibilities.
This full-time position offers a competitive starting rate of $25.00 per hour, along with a one-hour lunch break each day. We provide on-site parking for our team members. A four-month probationary period will be in place to ensure a good fit for both the staff and our practice.
