We are seeking an energetic, friendly registered dental hygienist to join our rapidly expanding, fee-for-service general dentistry practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a compassionate professional who is passionate about helping patients improve and maintain optimal oral health while contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered team.
Our practice has proudly served the community for more than three decades and is known for providing excellent dental care in a warm, friendly, upbeat environment. We care for adults ranging from 18 to 102 years old, with most patients being over the age of 45. The ideal candidate will enjoy building trusted relationships with patients and delivering thorough, high-quality preventive care in a private practice setting.
Responsibilities include performing hygiene appointments one patient at a time, typically spending one hour with each patient, providing periodontal assessments, oral hygiene instruction, prophylaxis, and supportive care within the scope of a licensed dental hygienist. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent patient care are essential. This role is available due to continued growth within the practice.
We are looking for someone with at least 6–12 months of full-time experience in a dental office and a college-level education. A current registered dental hygienist credential is required. Candidates should be dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a general dentistry environment that values professionalism, warmth, and a positive attitude.
Our office schedule includes patient care on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A one-hour lunch break is provided. Parking is available nearby.
To support your work, we provide personal protective equipment including face shields, nitrile gloves, regular masks, level 3 masks, and cloth gowns for replacement as needed.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $63–$65 per hour**, based on skills and experience, along with a strong benefits package that includes **health insurance, PTO, sick time, holiday pay, a uniform allowance, and an IRA.
