Location & Schedule
📍 Cherry Creek – University Blvd & 2nd Ave (across from Cherry Creek Mall)
🕗 Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
🚗 Covered parking + easy building access (Suite 210 with elevator)

Compensation & Perks
💰 Starting at $60+/hour + office based production increases
🎯 Signing & retention bonus (paid quarterly over year one)
📊 Additional earning potential for contributing to high-value treatment (Invisalign, implants, Botox, aesthetic procedures, etc.)
💉 % compensation on aesthetic injections performed

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Educate patients and build long-term oral health strategies
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and treatment
- Identify dental conditions and collaborate with the doctor on care
- Help guide patients toward beneficial treatments through trust and education

Who You Are
- Licensed RDH in Colorado (or eligible)
- Passionate about hygiene, patient care, and education
- Strong communicator who builds trust easily
- Comfortable managing time and staying on schedule in a busy practice
- Committed to a strong perio program and clinical excellence
- Team-oriented, positive, and professional

Experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to mentor the right person with the right attitude.
