Registered Dental Hygienist F/T or P/T

Our dental office focuses on quality general dentistry. We are a customer service driven practice that makes close connections with our patients. We are a one doctor/owner practice focusing on quality dentistry, patient connection, and enjoyment at work. We believe in providing personalized care, and you will typically spend 60 minutes with each patient, allowing for thorough cleaning and education on oral health. You will see one patient at a time, ensuring that you can give each individual the attention they deserve.

Our practice is open Monday through Thursday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, and Fridays are off. We are conveniently located at University Blvd and 2nd Avenue, directly across from the Cherry Creek Mall, with elevator access to Suite 210 and covered parking.

We are looking for a person that enjoys hygiene, fits in well with our team, complements our office, and enjoys people. Experience as a hygienist is helpful but not a requirement. Familiarity with and practicing a strong perio program is important. Timing and managing the schedule is critical as we have a full schedule and limited availability. Must be able to evaluate and recognize dental and periodontal problems and manage or amend treatment as needed to provide the optimum care for our patients. Knowledge of Dentrix and DEXIS software helps but these programs are easy to learn. We value professionalism, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for improving patients’ dental health.

Our hygiene department has traditional Cavitrons but also utilizes a hybrid version of Guided Biofilm Therapy. We have Air Polishers, ultrasonic, and hand instruments. We have a handheld XRay unit as well as a Dexis CBCT machine. Intraoral scans are used for restorative dentistry.

We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $70 per hour with a % increase in compensation for added production. A signing bonus/retention bonus to be paid out quarterly over the first year. Reimbursement for continuing education including reimbursement for Botox CE or Myofunctional Therapy CE. % compensation for aesthetic injections performed in the office. You will be compensated for being aware and involved in patient treatment and recommending/securing high value treatment including Invisalign, Botox and aesthetic injections, Implant treatment, and other restorative procedures. Benefits available after the introductory period are 401k with a 3% match, paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays. The ultimate benefit is profit sharing at the end of the year.
