Responsibilities
• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures while ensuring patient comfort
• Take digital X-rays (active Massachusetts radiology certification required)
• Set up and break down operatories
• Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA-compliant workflows
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support front desk operations as needed
• Help create a welcoming, seamless experience for every patient

Qualifications
• Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant license/certification as required
• Active Massachusetts dental radiology certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a growing practice environment

Compensation
• $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Opportunity for additional hours and expanded responsibilities as the practice grows

Schedule
• Monday and Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Part-time position initially
• We are actively growing the practice and plan to add Wednesdays (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) as patient volume increases, creating a path toward additional hours for the right candidate
