Surgical/ Prosthodontic assistant

Experienced Prosthodontic & Surgical Dental Assistant — Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced dental professional to join our Prosthodontics and Implant practice. This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in general dentistry, prosthodontics, implant dentistry, and/or oral surgery. A strong background in specialty dental assisting is highly valued.

Responsibilities
Provide efficient chairside assistance during prosthodontic, implant, and oral surgery procedures
Prepare and turn over treatment rooms
Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control protocols
Maintain clinical supplies and ensure treatment areas are fully stocked
Assist with patient care and provide a professional, compassionate patient experience
Support doctors and the clinical team in a fast-paced specialty practice
Assist with implant procedures, including AOX (All-on-X) procedures, when applicable
Preferred Experience

Experience with the following is a plus:

Prosthodontic and implant procedures
Oral surgery
Intraoral scanning
Dental 3D printers
Placement and removal of AOX prostheses
Digital dentistry and specialty dental workflows

Cross-training is not required. We are specifically looking for someone with a strong clinical background and experience in specialty dentistry.
