5 month temp front desk position/potential permanent
LOCATION
New York, NYWe are seeking an experienced front office professional to support our multi-specialty fee-for-service dental practice, established in 1971 and led by Dr. Sivan Finkel. Our team is committed to providing cutting-edge, responsible dentistry in a caring, family-oriented culture. With specialists in general dentistry, periodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics, we work collaboratively to provide comprehensive treatment for our patients.
This temporary full-time position with potential for permanent placement is available due to a maternity leave coverage need, with working interviews beginning as soon as possible. Official coverage is needed from mid-October through mid-March, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and strong skills in customer service, Dentrix, Dexis, patient recall, treatment planning, scheduling, payment collection, CDT coding for general dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, and endodontics, as well as out-of-network insurance submission. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable supporting a busy front office in a high-quality dental environment.
This role offers competitive pay starting at $32+ per hour. Parking garages and street parking are available.
