Part time and Full time Hygienist needed

LOCATION
Frisco, TX

We're looking for a dedicated, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private practice. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized, top-tier clinical care in a supportive and modern environment.

What We Offer:
Basic compensation (based on experience) + Monthly Bonus Opportunities.
Schedule: Full-Time: 4 or 5 days per week
Part-Time: Depends on your availability
Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), 5 days Paid Holidays per year, Dental Benefits, (Family members dental treatment with 50% off discount) Health insurance and 401(k). Sign in bonus with contract if preferred.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, gentle dental hygiene care, including scaling, root planning, and prophylaxis.
Conduct thorough oral cancer screenings, periodontal charting, and periodontal maintenance.
Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and assist with patient education.
Develop personalized oral hygiene education plans to help patients achieve optimal oral health.
Maintain accurate electronic patient records (using Open Dental)
Collaborate with our doctor and dental assistants to ensure seamless, co-diagnosed care.

What We Need from You
Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in TX.
Passion for patient education and building long-term relationships.
Strong clinical skills with a gentle touch and attention to detail.
Reliable, professional, and positive team player mentality.
