Dental Assistant

Family Holistic Dentistry in Boulder is seeking a dental assistant to join our team. We are a fee-for-service, biologically minded practice located near Highway 36 and Table Mesa. Our office is modern, well maintained, and equipped with advanced technology, including CBCT imaging, multiple laser systems, PRF protocols, ozone therapy, and digital workflows.

Our current team includes two dentists, one hygienist, four assistants, and two administrative team members. We value collaboration, professionalism, and a supportive work environment where each team member plays an important role in delivering thoughtful, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate is experienced in four-handed dentistry, taking FMX, and digital impressions. We are looking for someone who is punctual, reliable, caring, and hardworking, with a positive personality who genuinely enjoys assisting. A strong team mindset is essential, as we work closely together and prioritize clear communication and efficiency.

This position is Monday through Thursday from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, working between 32 and 40 hours per week. We guarantee 32 to 40 hours even during slower days and provide ongoing training in our technology and clinical protocols.

For full-time team members working a minimum of 36 hours per week, benefits include a 401(k) match, access to a group health insurance plan, 48 hours of paid sick leave per year, five paid holidays per year, and two weeks of paid time off after one year of service. Dental benefits with our dentists are available after one year. A paid 30-minute lunch break is also included.

Compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for raises based on performance and growth within the practice.
