Hygienist Tues/Wed/Thurs 8am-4pm

We are seeking a dedicated dental professional to join our team in a full-time role within a busy, patient-centered practice. Our office serves a diverse patient base in a general, multi-doctor setting with a mix of PPO and private patients. We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality care, values teamwork, and brings a calm, confident presence to every appointment.

In this role, you will provide routine preventive care and support comprehensive oral health for patients of all ages. You will work with one patient at a time and typically spend about one hour with each patient, allowing time to focus on thorough assessments, education, and a positive overall experience. Responsibilities include cleaning teeth, taking and reviewing dental histories, periodontal charting, applying preventive treatments, taking radiographs as needed, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene and home care. You will also collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team members to help ensure efficient, organized, and high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and excellent patient interaction skills. Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to make patients feel comfortable are essential. We are especially interested in candidates with 3+ years of experience preferred, though individuals with strong clinical skills and a great work ethic are encouraged to apply.

This position requires a college-level background in dental hygiene and a commitment to maintaining excellent standards of care. Familiarity with modern dental office systems and preventive procedures is important, along with the ability to adapt in a collaborative, multi-doctor environment.

We support our team by providing the necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to help maintain a safe and well-equipped workplace.
