Dental assistant job position
LOCATION
Denver, COWe are seeking a motivated, growth-minded dental assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join a busy, patient-focused dental team serving general, multi-specialty, Medicaid, and private patients. We prefer a bilingual assistant who can speak both English and Spanish to best serve our diverse community. This full-time role is ideal for someone eager to learn and ready to provide both advanced clinical and administrative support in a professional, friendly environment.
In this position, you will prepare treatment rooms, seat patients, and assist with four-handed dentistry throughout procedures. Clinical responsibilities include taking digital X-rays, placing retraction cord, using a digital scanner for crown procedures, and fabricating high-quality temporary crowns. Experience placing composite fillings is preferred, though not required, as we are happy to train the right candidate. You will also help maintain strict infection control by sterilizing instruments and supporting front-office tasks such as scheduling and updating patient charts. Cross-training is available for those interested.
We offer $20–$30 per hour depending on experience, paid lunch breaks, PTO and holidays, a bonus program, free/discounted dental care, and CE allowances. Additional conveniences include parking behind the office. iSmile Dental provides friendly and affordable dentistry!
