Dental Assistant (DA, RDA, RDAEF)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist(s) during a variety of treatment procedures
Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
Infection control/Sterilization
Review and document the patient's medical history, including taking blood pressure and pulse
Help patients feel comfortable and cared for before, during, and after treatments
Provide patients with post-treatment instructions and oral care guidance
Teach patients about oral hygiene practices (tooth brushing, flossing, nutrition, etc.)
Take impressions
Support patient care across all dental specialties: Endodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, and General Dentistry
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of dental experience (DA, RDA, or RDAEF)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Enthusiasm for helping patients and working as part of a team
No upselling or recall/production goal pressure
Familiarity with Open Dental Software and Dexis digital x-rays is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
DA: $18.00 and up, depending on experience
RDA: $20.00 and up, depending on experience
RDAEF: $32.00 and up, depending on experience

We accept most PPO insurance, no HMO/Denti-cal. Black scrubs are preferred for back office, if you have them. Front office typically wears all black business casual attire. HR does require temps to complete appropriate paperwork, results in W2. Compensation is received via direct deposit every other Thursday.

Disposable gowns, Face shields, Goggles, Latex gloves, N95 masks, Nitrile gloves, Regular masks, Additional: Disposable hair bonnets and disposable shoe covers are also available.
