Dental Hygienist Mondays and Wednesdays
LOCATION
Lansdowne, VAWe are seeking an energetic, personable Dental Hygienist to join a busy general dental practice committed to exceptional patient care and professional growth. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a dental professional who enjoys building strong patient relationships and contributing to a supportive, high-performing team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the dentist-patient relationship with both long-time patients and new patients. You will work in a single-column setting with one patient at a time, typically spending 1 hour with each patient. Adult appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes, allowing you the time needed to provide thorough care and education. The position is currently hiring for Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional days potentially available in the future.
Our practice offers a busy environment with respectful, pleasant patients and a culture focused on learning and delivering exceptional care. We use digital radiography and state-of-the-art equipment to support efficient, high-quality treatment. You will also work with a cooperative doctor who is focused on enabling you to do your job effectively, along with friendly colleagues and amazing, helpful staff in a solo-doctor setting.
We perform comprehensive procedures in-house and rarely refer cases out, creating a dynamic environment where you can be involved in a wide range of patient care. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a positive workplace culture.
Compensation for this role is $67–$72 per hour, reflecting the value we place on skilled hygiene care, patient-centered service, and overall work experience.
