Full time Dental Hygienist

We are a warm, family friendly dental office in Auburn GA! We are looking to grow and add more dedicated team members to our practice. If you are a friendly and enthusiastic person with great communication skills you may be a great fit for us. Our work week includes Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We are off on Wednesdays to allow time for sedation cases, appointments needed for special needs patients and team training/ team meetings. We are seeking a motivated, reliable Dental Hygienist who takes pride in their work and is comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key responsibilities:

· Perform thorough prophylaxis and periodontal maintenances

· Take necessary xrays (we use Dexis)

· Educating patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment plans

· Assisting dentist during exams to add in treatment plan

· Accurately document patients chart

· Update periodontal charting- we use Denti AI, co diagnosing with dentist for treatment needed

· Maintain a clean and safe environment

· Stocking room as needed

· Scheduling recare appointments based on patients needs

· Support team when needed to ensure smooth daily operations

We are looking for someone with an active license, strong work ethic, ability to adapt, work in a fast paced environment, and have excellent communication skills

Experience is preferred. Pay and benefits will be base on experience

Anesthetic certification is not required but welcomed

Our appointment time lengths- 60 min recare, 90 min new patient, 90 min SRP

We are using Open dental, Nomad, Dexis, Denti AI and Pearl. We have cavitrons and looking into getting an Airflow prophylaxis master once we have this team member onboarded.
