Top-of-Market Pay: $55–$65/hr + additional production bonuses
Ideal Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No evenings, no weekends
Efficient NP Flow: 2-hour new patient visits – Doctor + Assistant handle exam & X-rays first, then hand off to hygienist for focused care
Prompt Doctor Support: Exams performed immediately on call so your appointments stay on schedule
1.5-Column Hygiene Model: Work efficiently without flipping rooms constantly
