Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Front Office Representative

Compensation: $17.00–$19.00 per hour + Performance Incentives

Position Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Manage incoming calls and assist with scheduling needs
Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized schedule
Complete patient check-in and check-out processes
Verify insurance coverage and assist with benefit-related questions
Review treatment recommendations and discuss payment options
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Update and maintain patient information within practice software
Assist with administrative duties to support efficient office operations
Qualifications

At least one year of dental front office experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, email, and practice management systems
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and treatment presentation is a plus
Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively in a team environment
