Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient focused Dental Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice. You will play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient experience and ensuring the office runs efficiently.

We are a fast paced, integrated specialty dental practice with two endodontists and one periodontist dedicated to providing outstanding care to our patients. Our collaborative team is committed to excellence, professionalism, and compassionate service. 

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 

Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of dental front office experience

Preferred Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Experience with dental practice management software
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $17-$20 per hour.
