Keller, TXWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing team at Keller Family Dentistry, Sleep & Facial Pain.
This is a leadership role for someone who is highly skilled, dependable, fast-paced, and passionate about helping both patients and team members succeed.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and support dental assistants across multiple office locations
* Train and mentor new and existing DAs
* Assist doctors efficiently during a wide range of procedures
* Manage clinical flow and maintain high standards of patient care
* Perform and oversee digital scanning, 3D printing, and in-office milling workflows
* Ensure operatories and clinical systems stay organized and productive
* Help create a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
* Extensive dental assisting experience required
* Strong leadership and training abilities
* Expert in digital dentistry, scanning, 3D printing, and milling
* Fast, efficient, organized, and detail-oriented
* Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills
* Patient-focused and a true team player
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Willing to travel between multiple locations when needed
