We are seeking a personable and energetic individual to join our thriving multi-specialty dental practice located in the heart of Tribeca, Manhattan. With over 11 years of providing exceptional care, our general practice is looking for a part-time front office team member who embodies our commitment to patient-centered service.

In this role, you will engage with patients, manage appointments, and facilitate smooth communication within our close-knit environment. A friendly demeanor and excellent phone and conversational skills are essential. While primary duties will be at the front desk, candidates must be comfortable transitioning to the back office to assist with room turnover and taking x-rays, making experience as a dental assistant particularly valuable.

Familiarity with Dentrix is required, and proficiency in DEXIS is preferred. The position offers a schedule from 12 PM to 6 PM, Tuesday through Thursday during training, with the opportunity to expand hours to 10 AM to 6 PM after 2-4 weeks. Opportunity for Mondays from 9:30-5:00 starting in September. Dr. Saggese, DMD, FICOI is a multi-speciality practice in an exquisite area of Tribeca, Manhattan that has been up and running for 11 years. We are looking for a personable and energetic individual comfortable working in a close-knit work environment. Must be friendly with excellent phone and conversational skills. Must be able to switch to the back office as needed to assist with room turnover and x-ray taking. Must be comfortable with Dentrix. Minimum experience required: 1 year.

Please note this is primarily a front desk position but experience with assisting is a must.

Many procedures from preventative care to implants are treated at the practice and are approached holistically to obtain the highest standard of care possible. There is light music playing in the oversized treatment rooms. The staff is very proud of the achievements and atmosphere of fun while producing it has fostered.

Position would be from 12-6 Tuesday-Thursday during training and then expand to 10-6 after 2-4 weeks of training. Also possible to finish at 5:00 if preferred. 401-k plan available after 1 year.

Pay $20-$24/hour depending on experience.
