We’re looking for a reliable, dependable RDA who’s ready to step into a unique opportunity:

This isn’t just another assisting job.

You’ll be the primary assistant, working directly with the doctor to create a smooth, high-level clinical experience from day one. Your consistency and dependability will play a huge role in how the practice grows.

As patient volume increases, you’ll also have the opportunity to train and mentor a second assistant, helping build the team around you.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Four-handed chairside assisting
✔️ Assist with implants & restorative procedures
✔️ Support Invisalign cases
✔️ Perform iTero scans
✔️ Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operatory
✔️ Manage sterilization protocols
✔️ Deliver clear, confident post-op instructions

You won’t just support procedures — you’ll help drive the entire patient experience.

32–36 hrs/week

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas RDA license
• 2+ years of experience
• Implant experience preferred
• Highly reliable and dependable (this role is critical to daily flow)
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Takes ownership and pride in their work

Preferred Skills✨

• iTero scanning
• Fabricating temporary crowns
• Coronal polishing
