Join Our Dynamic Dental Team as a Part-Time Hygienist!

Next Level Dental is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dental Hygienist to become a vital part of our evolving practice. Since purchasing our facility in February 2023, we have transformed our office environment to prioritize patient education and elevate the overall experience for our patients. Our core mission revolves around exceptional patient care, ensuring that every visit is pleasant, informative, and supportive.

We are looking for a Hygienist who embodies our ethos of quality dentistry in a caring atmosphere. If you possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to patient-centered care, we want you on our team! As a part-time Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing preventive dental care, promoting oral health, and educating patients on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality dental hygiene services in a multi-specialty setting, including general, pedodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
- Our Hygienist will follow up with patients and also assist with recall to fill the schedule if needed.
- Perform dental charting to maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Educate patients on dental care and preventive techniques.
- Operate and maintain dental equipment, including DEXIS, Gendex, and intraoral cameras.
- Each Patient Visit consists of perio charting and an annual Dexis Scan of the patient.

Qualifications:
- A Happy Personality that is able to communicate with patients
- A valid dental hygiene license and relevant certifications.
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend software is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage patients positively.
- A caring and patient-focused attitude.

Our part-time schedule currently includes Mondays and Tuesdays, providing flexibility alongside the assurance of holidays and PTO for a healthy work-life balance. We offer a competitive and negotiable hourly rate for the right candidate, with potential bonuses.
