What You’ll Do:
● Patient care PRO: Help our patients feel comfortable and cared for prior to their arrival and during their visits.
● Dentist’s right hand: Assist with procedures, sterilize instruments, room set ups… basically keep things running smoothly.
● Organizational whiz: We are OCD queens over here and love a good, organized office- front and back.
● Front desk duties: Answering patient phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification and handling day to day admin tasks.

What We’re Looking For:
● Dental assisting experience. X-ray certification is a MUST!
● A friendly, positive and professional attitude that makes patients feel at ease… we love human to human connection.
● A love of learning.
● Someone who is cross trained with front desk responsibilities or is willing to learn.
● Excellent communication and multitasking skills—because you’re a rockstar!

Pay rate: $18-22/hr

We are a privately owned general dental practice (not a corporate office). We are a startup office that opened in January 2025. Every treatment room is equipped with ergonomic chairs, intraoral cameras, and monitors for real-time patient education and case presentation. Our sterilization center exceeds current infection control standards, and the sleek, modern layout enhances workflow for our clinical team. This high-tech environment allows us to deliver precision dentistry while creating a welcoming, stress-free experience for every patient.
