We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our innovative general practice, established in 2022. Our office prides itself on utilizing state-of-the-art technology to deliver the highest standards of care to our patients. As a part-time Dental Hygienist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a comfortable and welcoming environment while ensuring the utmost quality in dental hygiene services.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will focus on providing individualized care to every patient you encounter. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive hygiene duties, taking x-rays, conducting thorough teeth cleanings, and applying laser treatments as necessary. With a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, you will also be responsible for cleaning your treatment rooms between appointments.

Special Skills:
A successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to perform a variety of hygiene tasks with precision and care. Previous experience in a general PPO dental office is essential. The capacity to work with advanced dental technologies will enhance the patient experience and contribute to our practice’s reputation for excellence.

Work Environment:
Our office prioritizes the safety and well-being of our staff and patients, providing all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. In addition, we ensure that our personnel have a designated one-hour lunch break to recharge during their shifts. You will see one patient at a time, typically spending one hour with each individual to guarantee focused, personalized care.

Benefits and Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation at a rate of $65 per hour. Our benefits package includes retirement plans (401K), ensuring that our employees feel valued and secure in their future.
