Scheduling Coordinator (Front desk) / Social media marketing

Join our upscale dental office in Highland Park as a valued member of our front office team! We are a small, fee-for-service practice dedicated to delivering high-quality dental care while ensuring patient satisfaction. Our focus on restorative and cosmetic dentistry allows us to create beautiful, healthy smiles for our patients.

As our scheduling coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the patient experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and assisting with administrative tasks. Strong communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. We use Dentrix and
Weave for our practice management systems.

Helping with Social media content creating, posting, scheduling, etc is a plus and not a set requirement. TikTok, IG and blogs are the main platforms we use.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment with the ability to apply strong customer service. While prior experience in a dental office is a plus, we value a hardworking attitude and a willingness to learn.

Office hours are 8-3, Monday - Thursday. This is a full-time position, but can be flexible with the hours and schedule if needed. If you are passionate about patient service and dentistry, we invite you to join us in making a positive impact!
