At our thriving family-run dental practice, we are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to become an essential part of our energetic team. With three locations in Lathrup Village, Oak Park, and Milford, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care while fostering a fun, collaborative work environment.
Our practice is dedicated to doing what’s right for the patient, guided by the book "Fundamentally Different" by David Friedman. We focus on transparent communication, mutual support, and creating win/win solutions that ensure both our patients and team members thrive. Our highly experienced team of doctors offers a full spectrum of treatment options across various specialties, including general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, periodontal care, oral surgery, and more.
As a Dental Hygienist in our fast-paced practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and maintaining the health and well-being of our patients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional dental hygiene services, including scaling and root planing (SRP), ZOOM whitening treatments, and assisting with CT scans. We recently acquired a milling machine to produce crowns in-house, further enhancing our service offerings and patient experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid RDH license, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and a genuine passion for patient care. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $48-$50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation, holiday and sick time, health and vision insurance, and a 401(k) with a match.
