HEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT

LOCATION
Alexandria, VA

We are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join our general and PPO dental practice. This position is ideal for a dependable, professional team member with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. A high school education is required, along with 1 year of experience in a dental office. Candidates should have solid dental knowledge, be X-ray certified, and be able to speak Spanish to help support our diverse patient community.

Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking X-rays, and helping patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and caring approach.

This is a full-time opportunity with a 1-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Parking is available in the parking lot for added convenience. The office also offers free dental work as a benefit to eligible team members.

Compensation is $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. We are looking for someone who is reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care in a professional dental setting.
