Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Dentist to join our thriving multi-specialty team. Job Description – Lead Dentist
The Lead Dentist is responsible for:
Providing exceptional patient care through comprehensive examinations, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment planning.
Performing a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, prosthetic, endodontic, and surgical treatments as clinically appropriate.
Leading and mentoring associate dentists, fostering skill development, clinical confidence, and adherence to best practices.
Collaborating with specialists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver seamless, patient-focused care.
Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, OSHA standards, HIPAA regulations, and other safety requirements.
Upholding a culture of excellence in clinical quality, patient communication, and team cooperation.
Hours
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active New Jersey dental license, CDS, and DEA certifications
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a dental practice
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning
