Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Dental Hygienist to join our established, fast-paced general dental practice. Our office has been serving the community since November 2018 and operates with a modern, patient-centered approach in a collaborative multi-doctor environment. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with structured daily schedules designed to support consistency, efficiency, and quality care.

This full-time position is ideal for a hygienist who values clinical excellence, strong communication, and a team-oriented setting. Our practice focuses on PPO and private care, and we maintain a steady schedule with two hygienists and two doctors working each day. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to provide thorough, individualized care while maintaining a calm and professional workflow. A 1-hour lunch break is provided.

We invest in advanced technology to support both patients and clinical staff. Our office is equipped with digital x-rays, CBCT, Meditscan, Biolaser, Pearl AI, electronic consents, and a chart-less system. We use Open Dental and Sirona for practice management and clinical workflows. Candidates should be comfortable working in a modern digital environment and adapting to efficient, tech-supported systems.

Responsibilities include comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, patient education, oral hygiene instruction, treatment planning support, fluoride treatment, sealants, scaling and root planing, calculus removal, prophylaxis, periodontal treatment, vitals monitoring, nitrous oxide monitoring, and digital radiography. Experience with air polishing, NOMAD Pro, and PPE protocols is highly valued. CPR certification is required, and strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.

We provide the necessary PPE to support safe and effective care, including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

Qualified candidates should have at least 1–2 years of experience and a college-level education in dental hygiene or a related field. We are offering a starting salary of $95,000, along with health insurance, PTO, and major holidays off.
