Our patients, ranging from ages 3 to 100, enjoy personalized care in a friendly environment. We value the relationships built through generations of patients, many of whom continue to visit us since Dr. Norman Krauss's retirement in 2015.
As a Front Office Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments using Softdent software, managing patient records, and assisting with insurance verification. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for ensuring our patients feel welcomed and well-cared for.
No prior experience is required, although some background in a dental office setting is preferred. We prioritize safety and provide all necessary personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, gloves, and masks. Our full-time roles come with competitive hourly pay ranging from $19 to $22, along with benefits such as paid time off and holidays. Enjoy a one-hour lunch break on full days.
